What if I need to modify my order?

To deliver orders as quickly as possible, orders are sent to production as soon as they are confirmed.

Therefore, it isn’t possible for us to either cancel or add any changes to your order once printing has begun.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change the shipping address Before Shipment. Please Contact Us. We will correct your shipping address and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.

While we can no longer make any changes to your address, if your package is being shipped, you will need to contact the carrier to request changes of delivery.

Orders cannot be updated once the package has been shipped.

For an unpaid order, you can place a new one as you want and put in the correct details. Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically in 5 days.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes. It all depends on your delivery address.

How do i reschedule a delivery?

Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be rescheduled. If you need your order delivered at another time than originally scheduled, you will need to cancel the order and place a new order to be delivered at the desired time.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:

1. Cancelling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 5 days.  

2. Cancelling a Paid Order: If you haven’t received the shipping notification email, you can Contact Us within 24 hours to cancel the order.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

Can i apply a coupon or discount to my order?

Yes, you can! You can enter any promo codes during your checkout process. Be sure to read your coupon carefully to determine eligibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Bitcoin and Discover cards that are linked to a U.S. billing address. We are also able to process international credit/debit cards or accounts linked to international addresses.

Can I return delivery items in-store?

Yes. Make sure to bring a copy of your delivery receipt, otherwise the store will refund you the lowest marked, current price in the register.

My refund is incorrect, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, please Contact Us and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

  1. The delivery charge, which is only refunded for cancelled orders before shipment.

  2. Any discounts/promo codes that were applied when you check out, which may not now be applicable.
